Sharing My Truth? Let's Talk about Mental Health? IDK what to title this "blog"
The Facebook & Instagram worthy post: I am thrilled beyond words because I was more than blessed to accept not only one but TWO new jobs at INTEGRIS Baptist in two of my most favorite units over the past couple of weeks. I will be participating in the Nurse Externship program on the Pediatric Unit for the first 6 weeks of this summer and after that, I will transition into my role as a Nurse Extern on 801 Cardiothoracic ICU. I am absolutely 100% beyond excited. I don't know that I've ever been this excited for anything before. And as much as I would just LOVE to leave it at that, it paints a picture of perfection to everyone else that I can promise you does not at all portray my actual life. It has been hell getting to this point, and all I can say is: I am endlessly thankful that the Lord always always always shows up, even when we don't. That being said, I want to share what the last year has looked like for me in order to give some insight into what that short Insta
